When I am coordinating weddings, the one thing I hate to see left behind is all the flowers.  I think it is great to pass along the beauty of those flowers to your family and friends so they can enjoy them the week after the wedding.  This is a great way to do that, and you can make it into a favor for each of the guests as well.
