Did you ever spend time in a field when you were young looking for that four leaf clover?  I know I did, and I still am partial to those four leaf clovers.   I may not be Irish, but I love this green holiday; the mint chocolate chip shakes that you are allowed to have on St. Patrick’s day, the green attire, and recipes like soda bread that are amazing.
