I came across this DIY project on Sew, Mama, Sew and it is such an easy and fun DIY project that I couldn’t help not sharing it with you all!  It looks so elegant but almost all of the materials you could find in your house right now to achieve this look.

The tutorial was created by V & Co and I absolutely love the ring pillow idea on the right below.

Materials Needed for Pomander Ball:

• 2 men’s XL white T-shirt for large ball (for smaller ball you will only need one)
• 6 inch and 4 inch styrofoam balls
• Hot glue gun
• Ribbon (in coordinating color for your wedding)

I would recommend using a sewing machine to create each of these rosettes.  All it takes is a running stitch on the machine along a one inch strip of the t-shirt.  By pulling one end of the thread on top of the machine, you have created the ruffle effect that is used to create the rosette.  Once you have done that, I recommend using the hot glue gun (and pins as security) to attach to the pomander ball.

Simply. Elegant.
